Gary has been hooked on custom home building since he was 14 and poured concrete to earn money for a surfboard. As a teenager, he spent hours in his family’s Southern California garage making anything he could. After high school, he began his career as a Union Carpenter’s Apprentice in Long Beach, Ca. By the mid-1970s when he set down roots in Washington, he earned a reputation as a skilled finishing carpenter with unsurpassed integrity.

Over the years, he’s had many offers to work for larger companies, but he never wants to lose the personal connection he has to every homeowner and every step of every project.
